"We've been coming here for years and it's clear they have a new chef because everything was even better than the last time. My seared trout was cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes let's just say they are some of the best I've ever had. The service was lovely and attentive just the right amount of paying attention without being intrusive. There aren't a lot of places to eat in Snowmass and this is definitely one to make sure to try."

"I made an open table reservation for 8pm Friday and traveled into the city for a rare date night with my husband when we arrived at the restaurant there was no hostess and the bartender told us that it was reserved for a “private party” and not accepting other dining options. He said someone was supposed to block the reservations for the evening. However that obviously was not done. This was extremely disappointing."

"my friend and I had to wait a little and were accommodated with drinks and chairs! our service was good, but minimal interaction. the food was impeccable. order one of the black brote, we have the noir royale. for the escape we both have the short ribs to die for!"
