"Great spot for business lunch. We ordered from the Miami Spice prix fixe menu and added Wagyu Beef Millefeuille, Prawn Rolls and 1 Peking Duck for our party of 7. It was more than enough food. Everything was delicious, though the Kung Po Chicken and Ma La Chilli Prawns were indeed spicy as advertised. I was a little disappointed the Flaming Duck was not offered at lunch (only dinner), but the regular Peking Duck was delicious. Will definitely be going back to try more."

"Creative high quality dishes in a well designed place in Gowanus. It’s a pit pricy and the Linguini was too spicy but the carrots dish is fantastic, there were good vegetarian options and great cocktails. A good example of why Gowanus is great!"

"This place doesn 't even deserve one star. The staff is horrible and lazy! They lie to all their customers and tell them that their machines are broken so that they don 't have to make the drinks that take more time to make. They have horrible attitudes and act like its a nuisance to take care of you. The reason I know their machines aren 't 'broken ' is because I 've gone there several times and have heard the same excuse at that time and in the morning it magically works again. I also went to the other Chatime on Main st. (a 2 minute walk from this location) and their machine was 'broken ' also. When I confronted the employees at the main st. Location They gave me an attitude and told me to go to the COCO next door. They are so lazy that they rather give business to their competitors then tend to their customers. It 's horrible and someone should do something about this dishonesty and lack of good customer service. The Roosevelt ave is no better. They also lie to their customers. I come all the way from Long Island to get my favorite drink in flushing and it 's a disappointment to drive an hour and be turned away by lazy staff. If they don 't make ice drinks after a certain time they should tell their customers that instead of lying and saying that the machine is broken. Forcing me to comeback and be disappointed yet again."

"My first time ordering from Bao Tea house and was disappointed. The lava bao 's specifically says each order comes in a box with two buns so we assumed they all did but each box had only one bao per order. Me and coworkers ordered 7 things and it 's so tiny barely enough for one person. The doordash description is not clear and accurate and should be updated."

"The Hokkaido milk tea and popcorn chicken were delicious, but what really impressed me was the outstanding customer service at this restaurant. An older lady came in and was upset that the Starbucks next door was closed, showing she was unfamiliar with boba or milk tea. Despite her insistence on a "regular caffeine drink," the staff patiently explained the menu to her. Their kindness and patience in dealing with her complaints were truly remarkable. She ended up choosing a Vietnamese coffee. I don't know if she will return, but I will definitely be back for more great food and service."

"One of the best teas I’ve had in this area. Got the rose ceylon black tea and it was divine, I would want to buy the loose leaf if it was sold. They do sell other loose leaf teas. Interior is simple and pretty with seating."

"My husband brought me here to cheer me up. Everything was PERFECTION. This is a wonderful establishment. Everything was pristine. The food was filling too! I never went to a top ranking fine dining establishment like this and I'm glad that I experienced this with him. Thank you so much! We will be coming back."
