"Arrived at restaurant at 4:40 pm. It was empty. My wife and I placed an order to stay and went to a table. After 15 minutes with no food, my wife approached the manager to see what was happening. She was offered no apology, and the manager told her that they were waiting on the onion rings. I know that was not true, because I had seen them place the basket of onion rings on the service counter at least 5 minutes prior. Sure enough, when we finally got our food a minute or two later, the onion rings were cold. As a matter of fact, the warmest items we were served were the shakes. I have frequented this restaurant for years, and never had a bad experience like this. Maybe it 's new management. It is a shame; I used to enjoy that restaurant very much. They will not see me there again...."
