"The owners of this business are extremely rude unprofessional and do not deserve anyone?s business. All we did today was try to cash it out a credit after they burned our pizza back in December. At that time my wife told them that she had Cancer And needed the delivery person to drop the pizza off in front of the house. Today they tell me that they cannot cash in my credit because it was past a month which I have never heard of any Twintrees in other areas doing that. On top of that they never told us we had a month. When I asked to speak to the owner a rude man came on the phone claiming that we were using a cancer card to get a deal on our last orders back in December. Come to find out the person I was originally talking to was his wife and he believed her. I will never order from twin trees Baldwinsville in any way shape or form. Anyone with cancer should not order from them as they treat you Like a second-class citizen. In fact my wife does he have stage cancer And she only wanted to be socially distanced on the delivery not special treatment. It is very sad that nowadays places like this treat people this way. All they needed to do was fill the order and give the credit that they promised. Again I will never do business with Them in the future"
