"Thoroughly enjoyed our experience here!! It’s not much to see. Kind of a hole in the wall but a little nicer. The service was fantastic!! Tasha and the California waitress were fantastic!! The food was exceptional from the hand cut fries to the hand made suicide sauce! My mouth was set on flavor and fire!! Will definitely come back for more from these folks. Oh and the booths were very roomy and comfortable. These guys are killing it!!"

"This establishment was exclusively operated as a drive-thru venue on 8/2/23 around 12:30 PM.During my presence before the entrance, I observed the staff briefly casting glances in my direction before averted gazes became apparent. Evidently, it became evident to me that their indoor operations had ceased for the day.Regrettably, the absence of an inclination to engage with patrons at the entrance led me to infer a lack of interest in our patronage. A courteous explanation of their operational status at the entrance would have been a more respectable approach."

"I have to say the steak on the cheese steak sad tender, but I cant say it even comes close to Miami Grill. The Sandwich as a whole was sloppy and dry, even half the steak. I also got fries with our 2 cheesesteaks- $10) for an additional $5) and ordered 10 buffalo wings- $14) my total was $46. I felt for the$10 fries should be included, the sandwich wasn't worth $10 alone. The only thing I truly enjoyed was the Buffalo wings. I think there are much better choices for the money. I could have had Olive Garden for less."

John, Erin, Jen, Krista and the entire Magerk's crew made it absolutely amazing and I must say it was even better then I could have imagined. You don't need any crazy country club wedding if you have made this amazing room and the glass windows for great pictures. Thank you John and Erin for this literally the best day of all times!!! "Ok, so this worked better than I had anticipated. I ordered the old school steak and cheese an it was excellent. Exactly as named. Full of good meat shredded on the flat top and piled in the bun like they don?t care. It?s your job as the consumer to corral that steak into place. The hot pepper relish is a MUST ADD ITEM FOR SURE. EXCELLENT. It?s not so much relish as a runny dressing that wakes up everything it touches. There will be a lot of steak falling out of that toasted bun. Forget the fork and get in there with your hands. I didn?t try fries or a shake but they looked tempting. I?ll try again soon. But $13.50 for a sandwich and a drink maybe not every day."

"Never received the fries. Dasher gave me a credit. But I feel the dasher should have checked the order. The sandwiches were ok But the Philly cheese chicken I ordered with Xtra Mayo and it had no Mayo at all totally dry. I Have eaten there sandwiches at other times and they are usually very good. The one I ate which was the chicken Philly the bread was somewhat hard and since they did not at the mayo it was very dry. Perhaps they should improve there orders for delivery. Ty"

"well I can say that the location at the Ross park mall is just plane out and out bad mold on the cheese the manager teresa was rude i overheard her cussing at the employee the employee jay according to her name tag then teresa was mumbling under her breath about how stupid the customers was I couldn't even eat my food because of the mold I had to give this place one star because they don't have -5 stars and they need to step up their game get new management because they are all around bad. This is not my first time to the location there are a few good employees there the last time I was here Miss Jay was on the register. She was quite helpful. Help me with service. Help me find the food that I would like. Helped me with the app did they offer and at the time she was helping me Miss Teresa yelled at her for taking too long, I do not like this woman, because of her inability to lead a crew come on Charleys, get a better management"

"The food was good. The Teriyaki sauce wasnt that sweet but I did drizzle a little on my sandwich and it was tasty. I didnt appreciate the dasher leaving my food on the stairway. I didnt even get a call. I amazed that the food was made, picked up and delivered to me before it could finish the countdown for extra items. I never had that done before. I would order from them again. Their cheesesteaks are to die for."
