"We ordered this food online. Unfortunately with IHOP, they always leave something important out when ordering takeout. We ordered strawberry banana French toast and grits. The bananas for our toast were left out so he had to drive back to get the bananas and some strawberry syrup. We’ve recently reduced our orders to IHOP for this reason. The portion size on grits in the restaurant is more ample than takeout, but the price is the same. I gave IHOP a 4 because after we get the food all prepped with the right ingredients at home, the food is good. The French toast is fluffy and tasty. The grits are delicious because they’re perfectly seasoned. If all of the other ingredients were added to our bag and no return trips had to be made, I would be happier. On a positive note, I’ve noticed some new menu items that look very tasty and when in the mood for an in-person meal, we’ll definitely try them. Vegetarian options: The strawberry banana French toast is an excellent vegetarian breakfast for me."

"I had the pleasure of dining at IHOP for the first time recently. I was thrilled to see an IHOP as our local one had closed years ago. The hostess quickly seated us and we were served by a wonderful waitress named Ninfa. She was pleasant, accommodating, and made our dining experience enjoyable. We arrived 10 minutes early for IHoppy hour at 2, and Ninfa kindly took our order before the promotion started. I ordered french toast and sausage, while my daughter got a crispy chicken sandwich - both were delicious. To my surprise, our bill came out to only $12 for both meals. My daughter jokingly remarked that her meal cost more at McDonald's. With great food, excellent service, and affordable prices, you really can't go wrong dining at IHOP."

"Normally we love IHOP. However when we went to this location around 8 p.m. on a Sunday oh, we first waited about 20 minutes before we were greeted by anyone. And then when we were we were told there would be about an hour wait. There was no one visible in the dining area oh, so either they had a party or something in an area that was not visible or they were massively understaffed."

"First time dining in since start of pandemic. Busy Sunday. Seated quickly, had to wait 15+ minutes for waitress to appear after being seated, long wait for food and then both orders were incorrect. One order had to be completely redone and they still got part of it wrong. The other order they had to recook the eggs. 20 minutes later, I was completely finished with my meal and my husband's reorder had not appeared. Apologies and a 10% discount didn't make up for long wait for replacement order. Food was consistent IHOP quality. When we finally got our food, it was hot and what we had come in to eat, just too bad we didn't get to eat together. I think that I will go back to delivery service for IHOP food for a while before we try dining in again."

"This restaurant is spacious and has an open layout. The Pumpkin Pancakes were delicious, especially when combined with a breakfast combo. The food overall was tasty and satisfying. Don't forget to ask for warmed syrup, it's a must-try! The menu is quite diverse, offering not just breakfast options but also burritos, burgers, fried chicken, steak, and more. They are accommodating towards dietary restrictions. Parking is plentiful as it is located in a shopping center. "Pretty decent food for the price. Loved my omelette, not my favorite hash browns. But most everyone was super nice. Nice hosts, short wait. Esperanza was my server and did great! Super sweet and attentive! Also had another girl (might have bee a manager or host? refill my coffee and she was nice. The food runner was thw only person that wasnt- pretty much dropped my food at the table and walked off with nothing more than a 'yep. ' all in all, good, cheap breakfast."

"We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. We dined in for breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed it. The price per person was between $20-$30. The food was excellent, receiving a rating of 5. The service was also top-notch, earning a 5 as well. The atmosphere was great, also receiving a rating of 5. "my maid and I liked this place a lot more. the most recent visits were less than pleasant. last visit was the waiting staff great and the place was clean. the problem of being our food was cold and was delivered after another table that came right behind us but ordered at the same time. we have eaten our long enough after they managed to get ready and go away. to all that was my meal, come with 2 pancakes. sampler plate. everything was delivered by the manager to our table and he told me he was right back at the pancakes. they never came. To tie someone down was difficult because they were busy. When I managed to draw the manager's attention, we were finished eating and I asked for the check. I asked that the review be adjusted due to the fact that I only 2/3 of my meal (no pancakes). he said no problem, returned and said he had taken two dollars. two times! Why don't they take the amount they charge for 2 pancakes? we were irritated and left after we thank the waitress (she was nice). we will find somewhere else to eat if that is how management decides to run this place. he has never apologized for the situation."

"It has been some time since I visited IHOP, and my experience was not great. The wait was excruciating, and my order was incorrect. The first time they brought me crepes instead of the French toast I had requested. When they brought me the French toast again, it was still not what I had originally ordered. "It's definitely an IHOP. Partially, it's not this location's fault for the 4 stars. It's IHOP having a limited menu and limited staff due to covid. The menu has almost be sliced in half and it takes forever to get seated. The food comes out quick but it's not made with care. It's food you can eat with your mouth, but nothing to get excited about. Undercooked eggs, overcooked bacon but adequate pancakes and I didn't leave hungry. No more iced coffee at the IHOPs either ?"

"This place sucks I came here alone for a simple easy quiet breakfast. The order was simple as well nothing special. So why is it that after 25 minutes of waiting and other customers coming in and ordering 10-15 after my simple one person order. They get their orders filled and I'm still waiting. But I brought it to the service attention, he had a big attitude as if it didn't matter. When I asked for the manager he said Antonio, he's not here and that he was in charge today. When I told him it was unacceptable for me to wait and watch other customers come in after me and receive their orders When they have multiple people it was totally unacceptable. He shrugged his shoulders. That's when I got up and left, although he offered to pay for my meal I was already upset and decided to leave. I would never come to this restaurant ever again and I will spread the word about them and their service to all my families and friends which we left I have at one point in time but it seems like they have lost their way. I'm so disappointment and I hop in the type of people they are playing at the restaurant. They need a class on customer service and respecting other people.,"

"Have not eaten at IHOP in awhile, and it could be awhile before we return. Alto the food was not horrible, the time wait for food was. Not sure what was going on, place was not packed, plenty of waiters, but talking over a hour to get food after ordered was ridiculous. The waitress even apologized a couple of times, stating she didn't know why it was taking so long. The waitress kept our coffee cups full, was friendly, and very apologetic. "Horrible service. Had a family of 13 come in and refused to let us seat at the private room knowing there was 6 kids on top of that. I see a lot of horrible reviews of this place making people wait 30 minutes with tables available and it’s true. "We came during a Sunday brunch rush. There was a 20 minute wait to be seated (which was expected). After being seated, it took the waitress 10 minutes to stop by the first time. She took our drink and food order.While we waited we noticed the table was poorly bussed. Most of the table top was clean but the back of the table near the wall and the edges of the table were very sticky.20 minutes after ordering, the waitress came by to apologize for the wait and explained there was a large group before us. We said that was fine and asked how much longer it would be before the coffee would arrive. She left and brought it back immediately and apologized for forgetting it.When the food arrived, there wasn 't a single item that was correct to what was ordered. I ordered the french toast (2 pieces) with a side of bacon (4 strips). What I got was 1 piece of french toast, 2 pancakes, and 2 strips of bacon. I explained the problem and the waitress said she 'd get it fixed. A few moments later she came back with a plate with 4 strips of bacon and asked if everything was fine now. I explained again. Now there is too much bacon and a piece of french toast was still missing. 5 minutes later the final piece of french toast arrived.During the very long wait we could hear the staff announce that there was no more crispy chicken and then a little while later that there was no more whipped cream. Some of the staff then went around and asked if people would like to substitute grilled chicken on their meal while others were saying we are out of chicken, you can 't have the chicken sandwich . This whole experience was like watching a trainwreck unfold.I don 't normally leave bad reviews but now that I am home and sick to my stomach after eating here I am questioning if I got food poisoning from this place. If I did it was either due to the barely cooked, pale, soggy, floppy bacon or the general lack of cleanliness visible throughout this location.Eating here makes me want to never go back and I 'll think twice before eating at another IHOP."

"our server was really nice. she was happy to explain what was going on, what was the better business. when our food came out and she seemed to have a posture that we asked for all sirupe. She had only one on the table and said we wanted one only when we asked for her. she never came back with a sirup that the manager had to bring for us. at least the manager was friendly and happy to answer the question. the server should remember that it would get a better tipp if they were friendly and helpful"
