"My dining experience at this restaurant was disappointing. We were seated and greeted by our server, Rick, but he never came back to take our order after over 15 minutes. Despite serving other tables that came in after us, he neglected to attend to us. Feeling neglected, my wife and I decided to leave. When we asked to speak to the manager on our way out, we received a half-hearted apology after nearly 30 minutes of waiting. The manager offered us a seat at the bar, but we felt disrespected and unappreciated. I have been a loyal customer at this restaurant, but the poor customer service and lack of professionalism have left me disappointed. Unless a more sincere apology and some form of compensation are provided, I will not be returning. There are plenty of other options for a high-quality steak in the area."
