"It was very sad to say that I felt very duped by the July 4th event they had. The hotel this restaurant sits in is more like a motel. I was embarrassed that I had brought my mom here. The event flyer online stated 50% bottles of wine and specifically stated Even on July 4th . Then mentioned their happy hour deal. Upon arriving I learned that this was not the case at all and even had to pull up the flyer to show the host so we would be accomodated. Although the bartender was attentive, I never saw him smile, not even once. Now for dinner: I asked for a view of the fireworks, what we got was so embarrassing. The pictures online are very deceiving. I took a video of the patio and the view we actually had. The server was also never smiled and greeted us by apologizing for the wait But they didn 't schedule enough people for today so I am going to try my best . I understand him wanting to be transparent and his seeking sympathy but saying I am so sorry the wait, we are a little short staffed but we appreciate your patience instead of blaming it on management. The overall ambiance of the restaurant is not what I would consider upscale with a deli counter in the middle of the restaurant with frozen smoked salmon in packages. Food was decent but NOT for the price. Overly priced for the location and ambiance."
