"before this experience I have never been to prime one eleven, but they can bet I will be back! the food was from this world! I wouldn't consider myself a food, but I know a good steak when I eat one phenomenal taste and cooked to my version of perfection (medium). everyone loved their fiancée. I never wondered where my waiter was. not too attentive or absent. they just seemed to show up to the right times. kudos an prime one eleven to find this balance. on the prices yes. the costs can be perceived as high for some. but you know what? it's worth every penny. nothing else to say. they find out for themselves!"

"Thurs. 8/1 I visited this restaurant. Open table said just 3 tables available. I made the reservation for 8 pm. The ENTIRE dining room was EMPTY. This was definitely misleading.Availability on lobby tables by waterfall and seated bar. The dining room looked like a breakfast room for a tour when meals are provided or an employee break room Outside tables were sticky with no mats linen or paper or tablecloths. The tables were wiped but the sticky came from the finish on the wood. We ordered a $45 tender but absolutely tasteless filet. The chef would not make a bernaise sauce but offered a over salty mushroom. No AU jus ... nada. No bread basket because of several conflicting stories. He forgot.Didn’t know it was left off order until delivery The ordering system was down Steak came with a mound of mashed potatoes but server refused to substitute French frys. We ordered them anyway for $5.95 and requested they be brought out right away. They weren’t ... they came out with entree and were cold so we sent them back. They were delicious 2nd time around. No water offered, no refill check on ice tea a coke. Server brought them but didn’t clear empty glasses. She was a young teen who probably was given minimum training. My crab cake was excellent. The $8 green beans came w/o the bacon Sprinkle of almonds. I literally had 2 almond 1/2’s on the dish. All in All it was on of the worst restaurant experiences in my life for fine dining. I basically threw away $97.."

"Oh happy birthday to you... Based on most of the reviews, if your here celebrating your birthday you should think again!! We came here to celebrate a girlfriends birthday and receive the free b'day meal $3.75). The host was beyond friendly and even helped me search for my party since I didn't know where they choose to sit. Once I found my group of friends I sat down to join them...within minutes the waitress was ready to take our orders. She looked irritated when I told her I need more time to check out the menu. After our food arrived she did not once come check on us. We sat there after we finished our food for at least 10 minutes until she finally came and asked to see how we're doing. Yet during her long absence I had to get up and ask the bartender for more water?!?! The bartender didnt even offer to find our waitress to see if we needed anything else. After her long absence she rudely asked if we wanted anything else yet my friend was entitled to live free birthday dessert. Why didn't she ask if my friend was ready for her birthday dessert?! When she brought the birthday dessert she didnt even clear our table?! We got to eat our dessert with our dirty dishes covering most of the table? I had to remove some of the plates so we could enjoy our dessert free of dirty dishes! When she dropped off our bill of at the table she didnt tell us if she was going to be our cashier. We had no clue who was going to take our money. Again she was absent so we got up to see who we needed to pay. Finally she appeared! Or maybe she thought we were going to walk out without paying?! Emily your service was unacceptable! Not how anyone wants to spend their birthday. Good job Emily"
