"we were so excited to have an experience here, and when we went up, we quickly realized that it was expected that we entered a loud bar like the environment through a side door and then entered a second door to actually get into the restaurant. but we wanted to make the best of the experience, so we decided to try it anyway! Immediately we were told that most articles in the online menu were not available yet breakfast, brunch and lunchtime available (this was not clearly displayed on the website that shows the menu) so that was also disappointing. we did not decide that we would have tried this! so we ordered a bottle of champagne, oysters and some caviar (as these were some of the elements we were allowed to order in the online menu). and unfortunately we were disappointed again! our bottle champagner was warm, literally not cold and instead of offering a chilled bottle, they asked us to put it in a bottle and wait until it recovers. nothing else was offered to us besides a “gap, apologise about it and thanks to the celebration of their special day!” regardless of whether we have allowed this to bring us down, we have decided to stay, drink and eat what we have ordered and decided that we would make the best of a not so good experience. in any case will not return."
