"I booked several days in advance what I confirmed before the day. While driving to the restaurant 15 minutes before my reservation, the restaurant called and said that they would not have a table for my group, unless we sat at the bar or in the atrium as they surpass their 4 tops. Upon arrival I told them that the atrium (terrace furniture in a hall outside the restaurant without other guests) was not acceptable and we would wait for a table in the restaurant. The hostess said it was 45 minutes if they were able to put us. No manager has ever come to apologize or even send an apology officer. The sushi was good, but there are many other sushi restaurants in Charlotte with the same or better food and much better customer service. Will NOT come back!"
