"Watch this restaurant, the service is terrible. Definitely on the worst culinary experience of my life. At the beginning we have in this restaurant on 22. May 2022 gedimt, I had gedimated here 5 years ago and it was a completely different experience. After 1/2 hour of giving the menu we had to ask someone to take our order. The staff is unstoppable and unmotivated. I asked about a slice of lemon and got a club soda I returned. Then the spinach in my soup had sand in it and the spinach in my sister vein. So they definitely don't wash their vegetables. I'm a second generation Italian and nothing about eating here is Italian. The veal is comminuted in mushrooms and sauces. Our wine and champagne water was removed from the table in a common bucket and poured only once. When we were asked for more wine, we were ignored when he finally told us about the flag of another server that our wine was lost. Our server tried to create a new bottle of wine (which we did not see him open) and free dessert. Once we got the bill, the club soda I didn't order was still there. I asked her to remove her and not her. So unnecessary to say they don't get a good tip. We left the restaurant and I forgot my phone. I went back and they stared at me for about 5 minutes and didn't let me in. Then I was crocheted by one of the servers to leave less tip than they expected. You really think bad service should be rewarded! I'll never eat here again."

"We had a reservation for 8pm and they sat us down at 8:45. It was as if we came in without reservations. The hostess, a young blonde girl, was rude to us when we first got there. She told us to wait outside in the cold for the rest of our party even though most of us were there. We were only waiting on 2 more. Once everyone got there, she sat the reservation that got there later than us FIRST, so we waited even longer. After that, she complained to us about other customers. She said they'd been there for 3 hours and that it wasn't her fault that we hadn't been seated yet (true, we weren't blaming her. Her attitude is what caused the issues. It was a bad experience. A hostess should not talk about seated customers to other customers. It's not classy. There's almost no vegan options and the waiters are not knowledgeable about the food. I had to go back and forth with my waitress to find a dish for me. Their menus don't have any disclaimers for allergies or whether it's vegetarian/vegan. I had the vegetable soup since that's the first thing they could come up with that would be altered to be vegan. It was okay. One of the people in my party threw up her food later in the night (carbonara since it wasn't cooked properly. I also had the spicy margarita, which was surprisingly spicy. I liked it. Overall, way too expensive since the food isn't prepared too well, it is not accessible, and service is not classy."

"Thursday, 25 October 2018 VERANDINA---REVIEW: hello. I visited verandina ende august for birthday dinner with friends. it was fantastic. the food and service was great, and it was packed and sunny. I would have recommended it to everyone until the second time I visited verandina was with my parents on a Sunday night. we were the only ones in which my father wanted to sit. there were a few with dog and baby on the terrace. when we waited, a man waved in a hurdle his poor and began to call a waitress that she should clear the tables and chairs and turn the lights up. it does not seem to be isolation in the inner, so it echos. our orders lasted 40 minutes to arrive. we got beer. we also waited for them, and the waitress returned with two coronas and reported that there was no heinekin. later his corona arrives. dad ordered the special that was picked on risotto. it looked good, and he said the rice was delicious, but the fish had no taste. he's hard to please. Mom, I ordered the lachsburger. the fish was dry, but the pommes were hot. meanwhile, constant barking and weep out of the terrace. the man in the apron I took as manager went moderately between bar and terrace and spoke about his cell. the waiting staff began to speak loudly when three people came in and sat at the bar. you went towards the kitchen and started a LOUD talk there. the two men sat at the bar, and the waiting staff visited loudly with them as they were long lost friends. we felt completely forgotten, and my mother was not amused. she kept showing me misconduct and said: “I see it too.” So, dry fish, belligerent dog, weeping baby, wait with the staff and customers. it would have been better if they had given us more attention. I couldn't wait to go! I'm sorry to give such a terrible report, but someone should know. liz terland (619) 400-7497"

"The as posted hours are, that Amore opens at AM. Twice now the doors are found locked, even at The second time I specifically made an reservation in hopes of finding the door unlocked, to no avail. Finding the front door locked and no one to let you in, with the bitter COLD Rochester weather, is NOT very welcoming! So one must walk in the regular main grocery entrance and amble through the store to the back entrance, only to find that locked as well! Twice now! At least it's inside away from the cold there! The secret is to enter through the patio dining area to the right of the back entrance! Walk around and through the main dinning area to get to the front desk, though the help may seem a bit flustered to see you arrive from that direction! After all that, the service is then outstanding, and Amore is really a lovely place to meet at lunch with friends! We'll probably give it another try in a month or two or so, but I guess I'm old fashioned, if you say you're opened, you should be open?! It's just too cold in the winter to stand in front of the door in the bitter cold wind and puzzle out are they going to open today?, when will the door get unlocked?, did I get the time wrong? If after a third try in the future, we fail again to guess when the doors actually open, Amore will have beat us, and we'll sadly give up, go away and find somewhere else that wants to welcome us in. It seams such a simple courtesy really? Doesn't it? Am I really wrong"
