"We recently revisited Wolf Street and ordered a drink and the Victoria filet. The waiter was friendly but not very attentive. Another server brought us our soups while we waited for our drinks at the bar for about 20 minutes. Our steaks arrived before our drinks, and they were oddly cooked to a light purple color. When we mentioned this, our steaks were taken away and brought back a few minutes later. Our server informed us that our drinks were still being prepared at the bar. Eventually, our steaks and drinks arrived together. The steaks were overcooked and tough to cut through. The manager did not come to check on us, and our waiter offered dessert on the house without us even asking. Despite this, we had to pay full price for the steaks. When I inquired about the manager, a worker showed no interest in helping me. We will not be returning to this restaurant; Clifton Park has always provided a better dining experience."

"I initially had a negative experience at the restaurant, leading me to not finish my meal and leave a one-star review. However, one of the owners of the establishment personally reached out to apologize for my experience and invited me to return. They provided me with gift cards as a gesture of goodwill towards their restaurant, products, and staff for my next visit. It's rare to find such excellent customer service and dedication to the quality of their food, but this specific Outback location has managed to restore it. I want to thank Elizabeth for her efforts in ensuring the high quality of the food served at the Wilmington NC franchise. On the other hand, I had a disappointing experience at another Outback location in which I couldn't even finish my lunch. The manager informed us that they were using lower quality ingredients despite charging higher prices. This lack of care for product quality is unacceptable and will likely deter me from returning to that specific Outback. It is crucial for the management to address these concerns and prioritize the quality of their food. The manager's lack of awareness and only offering to remove the meal from the bill does not bode well for the future success of the business. It might be beneficial for them to reevaluate their business model."

"Recently, my family and I had a fantastic evening at a restaurant. We were welcomed by the manager, Jae, who set the tone for our experience. It's rare to see such dedication from a manager, but Jae really made us feel special throughout our meal. Although our server was good, it was Jae who went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional. Despite there being a closer Outback location to our home, we will definitely be making the drive to visit this restaurant again in the future. I hope Jae knows that his warm smile and dedication to his customers made us feel valued and appreciated. This was truly the best dining experience we've had in a long time."

All right. the food tasted tender and loaded with msg, do not really feel it. server was good, but the chef has grounded the order on many fronts, so he was disturbing. we ordered appetizers that landed after the main court. the aesthetic feels like plastic that looks like wood.
