"This restaurant has always treated us well, in both places. It?s often the last restaurant opened when we can land on other options quickly enough and the Thai fried chicken is just unmatched in PDX. We have tried the entire menu and can confirm that their specialties are very special. On our last trip the specials consisted of an ice-clad padthai, asparagus and a shell soup. We ordered them all. Then we ordered Roti and Curry and several other soups and sides. Hat Yai sits in my PDX Top Hits list and will stay there."
