"A darling. Tonight for the second time for the wine-Bistro on the Lane Avenur. We were very happy, the first time very impressed tonight. We did not make reservations and found the restaurant very busy. The staff was very helpful and helped us find a place at the bar and wait for a table. Jeff, the bartender was very good about our wine selection and we were very pleased with our wine, a petit verdot Casalle de Giglio. After a very short time Akishia approached us and helped us to move our drinks and appetizers for us. Our waiter, Bobby, was fast and knowledgeable about the items in the menu. All our selection was wonderful, the braided short ribs were perfect, the salad was wonderful. My wife and I shared a salad, the strawberry pistachio was excellent. We also shared a dessert, the branded cherries about vanilla bean ice cream was excellent. Our guests loved the shrimps and lobster fucin as well as the crab cakes. All in all, an excellent repast with very accomodating, polite and knowledgeable staff. This was another excellent experience in The Wine Bistro on Lane Avenue. We look forward to opening another plant in Clintonville very soon, we hope."
