"One of the girls that works here is super rude and also messed up my sandwich and then lied to me about it to avoid making me another sandwich. I had stated that I placed a order and paid on the app when I arrived and they told me it would be a few minutes. I sat down at the tables which are all sideways where you knock knees with the person across from you and noticed the table I wanted to sit at had all their personal belongings everywhere. I had to ask them if they would move their stuff so I could use the table. I asked who the manager was and was ignored"

"I've been to several Subway's in the past and so far, to date, this is by far the best Subway hands down!The service was extremely helpful, the shop was very nice and clean, staffing was extremely friendly, and the prices were good. They even helped me navigate through the App to make sure I got my rewards and any deals due me.Let's face it, everything is expensive now-a-day, but they were help the whole way around.The subs here were much better, not sure what the difference was but everything tasted fresh, everything!If you have had issues in the past with Subway check this location out.This is my go-to shop now.Parking: 147 is somewhat better now but you know how it goes, the shop is on a main road. Be careful and use common sense pulling in and backing out."

"I don 't usually waist my time writing reviews for fast food restaurants, but I 'm a bit frustrated here. For the most part they are pretty good about how they make the sandwiches. When I do eat here I like to get a subway club, turkey, ham and roast beef. For a while subway had stopped carrying roast beef, but back by popular demand they brought back roast beef. I was there the other day, I order a club sandwich and the guy making the sandwich tells me roast beef is to expensive and it discounted. Of course it 's on the menu! The sandwich that replaced it, the all American club is not the same. Its turkey, ham and bacon, not mention it has to be toasted. I don 't know if it 's just that location or if it 's the whole franchise that has stopped carrying roast beef and I don 't care, just make up you mind, either have roast beef or don 't! If its a matter of price, I 'd pay the extra amount for roast. You already charge for all the extras anyways, what 's one more thing!"

"I used the Subway app to order online and pick up in the store. I got the Italian BMT with the Italian Herbs and Cheese bread and provolone cheese, along with lettuce, cucumber, oil, and vinegar as my toppings and condiments. I sadly forgot to get it toasted. The sandwiches were ready within minutes of me placing my order. I walked in, picked up my sandwiches, and said thank you to the people that were working. They were very nice. I would definitely come back and get more food from here, it was a pleasant and quick experience."

"There's a new guy working here now and not only is he unfriendly but yes also discourteous and obviously over charging for the protein bowls and barely put anything in them. I've also met 3 other young ladies who work here, two of whom are very nice and courteous while the other presumably the youngest of them all can be very sharp tongued with you. "My husband ordered his usual footlong meatball marinara sub, but when we got home, we found only 4 meatballs on it. Typically, there are supposed to be 8 meatballs on a footlong. He called the restaurant and confirmed that the correct amount is indeed 8. Unfortunately, they didn't offer any resolution for our next visit after we mentioned the issue, and going back with a half-eaten sandwich wasn't an option since it was late. On our previous visit, they also messed up my chicken bacon ranch order by leaving out all the meat despite the instructions being clearly written in the app. We did go back to have that corrected. Due to these repeated issues, we won’t be returning to the Liberty Subway anymore."

"I would like to start by saying that this is not a review of their food but rather their service. As most Subway's foods are the same and prepped in the exact same way. First off I would like to talk about the bread debacle. I have been in this particular store a number of times where they've been out of specific types of breads, one time they only had one bread type left. I have taken to just walking out and going to another Subway when they're out of my particular bread choice. And that brings me to my second point the manager or owner can be very aggressive. The first occasion of him being aggressive that I recall was when one of my friends had an issue with pricing on the receipt. He got very standoffish and refused to even look at the receipt claiming that that was the right price on the receipt. More recently he's asked me why I was leaving when I left. I normally respond with you don't have the bread I want. To which he normally responds yeah we're out of those types. Honestly I've been to a Subway in rural Vermont that had more bread selection. Overall the service I would mark as poor to mediocre at best. you are hands down better off going to any of the other Subways in Moorpark the one in the Shell station even has better bread selection and service."

"Every time I visit this restaurant, the food has consistently been excellent! I'm particularly fond of their Bayside wings. In the past, Bayside was known for its dry rub wings, which I always enjoyed. However, during my last visit about a month ago, I ordered the wings only to receive something completely different. The waitress insisted that what I got was correct, which it wasn't. There was a time when Bayside wings were removed from the menu, but I was still able to order them. They have since been added back, but now they come with a wet sauce instead of the traditional dry rub. The new sauce has a sweeter flavor with Old Bay seasoning, compared to the classic dry rub I expected. While I was disappointed to not receive what I had been craving, I must admit that the new Bayside wings were still quite good—especially since I was really hungry. I just didn't expect them to be reworked. Additionally, I noticed that they no longer put Parmesan cheese on the fries, which they used to do. I will definitely come back, but I’ll make sure to clarify my order to avoid any confusion. Lastly, I believe waitstaff should refrain from arguing with customers, as it comes off as rude and unprofessional."
