"My husband and I arrived at Cotton Patch around 8:40pm and found it to be not very busy. Our waitress, Ann, took our order and asked if I would like my salad before the meal. I said yes, please. However, instead of turning our order in, she stopped at a booth behind us where the manager and two other girls were sitting. She sat down at their table and started talking with them. After about five minutes, she finally brought out our drinks and rolls, but the drinks were incorrect. She then returned to the booth before finally bringing out our order after 20 minutes. Unfortunately, she never brought me my salad and never corrected our drinks. We couldn't ask to speak to the manager about the situation because he was still in the booth talking, and our waitress remained there as well."
