"With the new chef and wait staff, the restaurant has made a tremendous turn around. It is now worth going and eating there. It has been very busy so make sure to make a reservation. Mark's, the restaurant manager, is very helpful and his Thai wife is the chef."

"The food was very affordable. I ate a pad thai lunch for $14 that came with a salad and it was served quickly. It tasted fresh and was hot. The sauce was just a little sweeter than I would have preferred. A great bargain for sure and definitely a good deal if you 're on the move in the area!Very cute mirror decor inside"

"I wouldn't even give this place a star. I’m extremely disappointed! After waiting for food that never arrived, I asked how much longer it would be, but I was just left waiting. I won't be returning!"

"A hidden jewel. My wife and I were frequent diners at the university site of the Thai House when we both worked in this area, so we were happy to discover that they opened a new location near home. It is located in a small strip of shopping mall behind Starbucks on W. Catawba Ave. It's a little hard to find, but definitely looking for. We stayed at noon yesterday to see if they were as good as the other situation and we were not disappointed. All meals start with a complementary bowl of soup, which is always very good. Both of us ordered our favorite pad Thai, Thai style . Make sure you order it so! It's a bit different from the traditional pad Thai on their menu. It is served with bean sprouts, sugar, red pepper flakes, chopped peanuts and a lime wedge on the side, so you can add as much or little as you like to your taste. In my opinion, this is the most tasty dish I had in every restaurant, everywhere! I love it so much! Oh, yes, they serve it with one of the best spring rolls you will ever taste. Always crispy on the outside and full of taste. Make yourself a favor and try it out. I know I'll be regular from now on."

"This is the best Thai food I’ve ever had in my life! I wish I lived closer bc I would eat this weekly if I could. Instead it’s saved for special holidays like Christmas and Birthdays and anytime I’m in Evanston. My family has been coming here for decades and it’s always a joy. The prices are fair, the portions are big, the flavors are delicious, the food is so fresh, and the owners are incredibly friendly. I tell everyone who likes Thai flavors to come here. I have been searching for comparable Thai food forever and it just doesn’t exist, this place is it! We love to get the lime chicken, the pad Thai, the nam sod, drunken noodle, pad se iew, Tom Ka khai , kari puffs, Panang curry, basil beef, and coconut rice (not always at the same time haha). The meat, poultry, and tofu are always high quality and a pleasing texture. They have never ever gotten our to go order wrong either, which is invaluable in these times where we’re doing carry out so much more than in the past."

"This place should be shut down. Dirty facilities, overpriced, consistently BAD QUALITY. FOOD (NOT AUTHENTIC I ordered the sizzling beef which was not fresh (you could tell the meat was previously frozen), terrible flavor. Most horrible of all is the manager Mary, who is a very nasty person does not understand customer service or hospitality, and runs the restaurant like an dictator automat. Extremely rude, bad service. So many other places on the Upper West Side better than this filthy restaurant. Save your money, do not patronize this dump."

"This is my favorite Thai place in the DMV area for the food. Their flavors are so rich!! My favorites are the Floating Market Noodle Soup FMNS) and the Panang Curry. The FMNS is SPICY Asian spicy your nose WILL run. The Panang curry is rich and scrumptious. I've also tried pad thai it's okay, not bad), drunken noodles also somewhat actually spicy). The papaya salad is a thumbs up but sadly quite small. Entrees are quite filling and good sized. Service is standard, sometimes will have to get their attention to get water filled up. Cons: no parking only metered parking) but it is easily accessible by metro the Wheaton stop. the prices very recently increased SIGNIFICANTLY like $3 4 per dish. I think it's due to inflation, but part of what was so nice coming here was that I could come here frequently 1 2x/month) and now I really will need to cut back :"

"Great meal, great service. Although there was only one server, we didn't have to wait to order. Our food came fast. Papaya salad Roti delicious. Chicken satay, average a bit dry. Check this out: they have an Icelandic white ale that's to die for. Right on!Vegetarian options: Plenty yummy. The Roti was fabulous, so was the papaya salad."

"The best Thai food we have ever had no kidding. We enjoyed pork spring rolls, Drunken noodles with chicken and Pineapple fried rice with pork. The flavor of every dish was incredible highly recommended if you are looking for quality Thai food. The staff was friendly and efficient."

"Really tasty red curry and sizeable portion too. I would certainly go back for that or another curry. I wasn’t a fan of the duck in it, but that might just be personal tastes, as I’m not sure how it’s “supposed” to taste. “Hot” was not as spicy as expected, so I'll likely go Thai hot next time."
