"I love bds Mongolian Grill, it is one of my favorite places to eat! I get the same thing every time and it is always delicious. However, I've had bad experiences with this location. I've been to this location in Denver about 4 times now and the service is bad. I've had problems getting my drink refilled, waiting for someone to come up to the hostess stand to seat me (even though 3 servers are looking at me standing there), and twice now the hostess sat me without any silverware. This particular location is definitely unclean. Every surface is sticky and I've gotten stuff on my shirt by leaning on the counter around the grill. Also, the bathrooms are always disgusting when I go here. I just recently ate here and 3 out of the 4 bathrooms were filthy and had toilet paper all over the floors. Lastly, I'm frustrated with the policy changes at bds. Apparently if you order unlimited bowls you aren't allowed to get a box to take left overs home. I had payed for a second bowl and couldn't finish all of it, when I asked for a box the server stated she wasn't allowed to give me one. I had told her I was just here recently and was allowed a box, to which she responded there was a policy change. I think that is ridiculous if I'm paying $25 for unlimited bowls I should be able to take my unfinished food home with me. If you go to Olive Garden they have unlimited breadsticks and salad and you're allowed to take home breadsticks and salad. The servers at Olive Garden even give me fresh breadsticks to take home! So for bd's to deny me a box for the food I payed for is honestly hogwash. I'm really disappointed in this and won't be ordering unlimited bowls anymore. I most likely won't return to this location either, seeing as all my experiences here have been bad. I do love bds food because it really is delicious. But people are right when they say this is a bad location."
