"Early 70s to the beginning of the 1980s, occasionally in the early 1990s. I haven't been there for about 9-10 years and was disappointed at that time. But recently, good things heard about her, so I tried her. It was very good. Sashimi was excellent, the cattle grower was great and the dumplings were good. My pig-catsu duck was great. Wine selection limited, but had a great California Sauvignon Blanc that is one of my favorite wines. Overall very beautiful experience."

"My boss was so nice to take my coworkers and I to this beautiful, unique, Up Scale restaurant in downtown Chicago . We went here last Friday night right after work and it was amazing. We work at Allstate Joshua Mercer agency and my boss treated us to dinner. Some of our Foods were , roast beef , steaks , lobster fried rice, oysters, and some delicious appetizer side dishes. However, I ate the lobster and shrimp rolls and the shrimp fried rice. I like how the shrimp fried rice was loaded with shrimp and fresh vegetables in the rice. and was very good. The Shrimp and lobster rolls had a mild but sweet dipping sauce that was a 10 and was so good , even good in my shrimp fried rice. I loved the intimate decor and the lights in this place. This place had amazing food,, service, views and scenery. The atmosphere was entertaining and creative. This was my first time inside of this restaurant, but I highly recommend this place . Rather you're local or visiting Chicago, this is definitely a go to place . I recommend you Bring about $400 to $500 for a date for two, but For a night out with a small group of friends bring atleast $900 to $2000 .Kid-friendliness: They had some kid friendly food like California rolls. ."

"Highly recommend stopping here! The lunch prices are reasonable with a good portion size, and everything I’ve tried has been delicious. The wonton soup is only $4 and I mean it when I say it will rock your world. The customer service is fantastic as well, which always makes me look forward to stopping in. I attached a photo of the chicken and broccoli lunch special, which taught me today that I love bamboo shoots! Eat here, you’ll be glad you did."

"Went to Nikko restaurant with my family twice. The service was excellent. The food sushi, General Tso's Chicken, Schezuan Beef, soup, deserts, drinks were excellent as well. I love the ambiance, the lighting was perfect. Only thing is that people at the bar and hibachi area can get loud and annoying but have some warm sake and you will fit right in. I really like this place since Hunan Balcony and our other favorite restaurant China Fun closed, this is definitely my family's new favorite restaurant.This is an Update: July 9th 2023 My family and I have ordered Nikko for delivery through UberEats several times but today my family member ordered two different dinners soups and salads including an appetizer crab Shumai. Food seemed a bit unorganized and shuffled in the bag but bag was stapled as usual, everything was spilled and leaking that was unusual generally when when we received an order every thing is organized and no soups leaking. Upon eating two bites of the shrimp and broccoli and General Tso's and crab Shumai. I immediately threw up, this food was completely rotten and had a chemically taste. I cannot believe we ate some of this rotten food, everything had to be thrown out immediately after consuming a bit of the food we all became ill from the chemically taste and realized the putrid smells fumigating from the bag it was delivered in this is definitely a food safety issue and I hope the food inspectors will investigate thier kitchen and cooks Unfortunately we will not be ordering again. I hope this restaurant will realize just how fast they can lose great customers by not checking the quality of the food they send out to their loyal customers. I'm very disappointed in this place as we have been ordering here for a while now. But fortunately for us there are many other great Chinese/Thai restaurants who have better quality control and will not deliver rotten/chemically tasting food to their customers."

"Franchia is a little hidden on Park Avenue in a quieter part of town. It is also away from a saturated restaurant area. The Asian fusion restaurant offers vegan cuisine and is known for its many tea options. Reservations can be made via phone. They have three levels of seating. The first is more casual and generally seating for two. Head up the stairs for level two, which is better for groups. Finally the top floor is more intimate and private. The third floor is good for date night. There is no elevator so keep that in mind if stairs are an issue. Servers are fast with orders and trying to keep the candles lit on your table. (lol ours went out a few times) Lighting can be a bit dim to read menus. We got the vegan assortment of dumplings. This is a great way to try them all. I think the kale ones were my fav but otherwise the rest were okay. The curry hot pot was our main dish. It comes out sizzling on a stone hot plate and with a small side of rice. The presentation was cool, but didn't really care for the flavor. Meh. I'd probably try something different next time. Finally, the soy cheesecake was good. Creamy and not overly sweet. The pot of tea (got it last time I was there) is the best thing on the menu. Overall an okay vegan spot. Check out their sister restaurant Hangawai, which isn't too far away. All vegan Korean BBQ (mostly hot rice stone bowls)."

"We have dined at Tao Las Vegas multiple times and always enjoyed it. However, our experience on Saturday night was quite disappointing. We had a 5:30 pm reservation before a show at Sphere, but were not seated until 6:15 pm. The chicken satay appetizer we ordered was tough and overcooked, making it difficult to eat. After waiting an additional 45 minutes for our entrees, we had to rush through our meal and head to the show. Despite our waitress' efforts to keep us updated on our order, the overall experience was subpar and we do not plan on returning."

"Nice lunch, started with soups, wanton-mine, hot and sour-her's, both were very good, very flavorful. Then to pot stickers, sauce was great, the pot stickers were excellent. Then to the scallion pan cake, very tasty. It was slightly oily, I prefer mine browned and crispy but it was still very good. I preferred the sauce that came on the pot stickers for the pan cake, however next time I'll ask for the sauce on the side. Finally, the Peking Duck Buns, Delicious, fluffy and presented well.This was the best experience and food we've had since we came to Summerville, we'll be back. It will become our go to place for Asian Food. They have a great selection of foods, sushi, sashimi, bento boxes, typical and non typical dishes.Wheelchair accessibility: They seemed to be in compliance with all the ADA requirements."
