"Despite having a reservation, we had to wait over 10 minutes to be seated in a waiting area. When our waiter finally arrived, he mentioned that once tables opened up in the lower section, we would be moved to a better spot. However, this never happened despite us asking twice and informing them that their captain was unaware. As a result, we ended up staying on the upper floor with makeshift tables and a poor view. Despite the seating issue, the food was still enjoyable."
