"Crane offers a vegan ramen choice that is delicious (market veggie miso) and amazing tofu bread rolls. However, they announced that they would keep “Veggie Wednesdays” where they would have another vegan ramen every Wednesday to mix things with limited vegan options. After only 4 weeks, they stopped doing Veggie Wednesdays, although their announcement made it seem like a lasting institution like their other weekday specialties. Since then they had no individual vegan or even vegetarian special grass on their weekly specialties, and it is 10 weeks."
