"We arrived for our 9:00pm reservation at 9:11pm. I called to let them know that we were running late, however I didn’t get an answer. Once we arrived, they told us that they were still waiting for some tables to clear up and to wait at the bar. We weren’t seated until 9:50pm, which is ridiculous because we had a reservation. To add insult to injury, we were sat at a dirty table , and not only was the table filthy with left over spilled drinks and food, the table was bare— no plates, napkins or glasses— obviously not suited for anyone to sit. We finally left at 10:12pm when at that point, no one even came to even offer us a glass of water. The whole experience felt like a slap in the face, so we got up and left to go dine elsewhere."
