"The management needs to revisit their customer service guidelines. The seating area is too crowded and should be minimized. The food is not fresh and has an unpleasant smell. Management should also ensure there is adequate spacing between tables for customer comfort. Additionally, waitstaff should wear gloves and hair coverings. It appears they are not adhering to local health regulations. Maintaining high service standards is essential."

"We ordered Chaat Papdi and were served something that did not look like Chaat Papdi at all. It was just a snack called Namak Para mixed with some sweet tamarind chutney, red onions and yogurt. We did not say anything because we wanted to save their face from being embarrassed in front of their patrons. I am very familiar with what Chaat Papdi looks like and tastes like having lived in Delhi, India for 5 years. Please be truthful with your customers if a particular menu item cannot be made rather than making a fool of them."
