"Props to Sydney for choosing a great dish when I asked what dish represented Vinny's the best. Rigatoni. I actually managed to burn my tongue because I was eating it so fast. The Noodles were cooked well. The Orange Sauce paired with it was very well constructed. You could taste the hint of alcohol it was made with. Very creamy and we'll seasoned.
