"Great breakfast in downtown Ellensburg is highly recommended. The palace has rustic turn of the century ambience with brick walls, old photos of Washington life from late 1800 to early 1900. Walk from the main road and wait for a short minute to sit by very pleasant waiters. Coffee is breakfast mix and they leave a carafe, I loved the place already. The menu is simple, but everything you want for a hearty and healthy breakfast is on a laminated page. The service is happy and informative. I added my menu item and it came exactly as ordered and fast. I broke up with the super-prepared hashbrowns. So tasty cook to a golden brown.
