"My fiance and I came here a few weeks back on a Friday night and it was relatively empty so we were seated immediately. The staff was super nice and gave us tons of chips and salsa which was great and took our orders as soon as we were ready. We ordered the molcajete mixto and the queso birria. Both of them came out relatively fast and both of them came out piping HOT. The molcajete was full of goodies and there was a good amount of meat and shrimp hidden in the salsa. The grilled cheese slices that came in there are so good! They're crispy and salty and the texture of it is kind of squeaky? I absolutely recommend trying the molcajetes out! As for the queso birria, I think I'm more accustomed to the ones made with goat and Los Molcajetes makes theirs with beef I think. Either way, it was still really good! The outside was nice and crunchy and the inside was filled with meat and gooey cheese. They also give you a cup of consomme to dip it in and it's just such a nice meal. Overall, we had a great experience here and their menu is pretty extensive so we will definitely be back!"
