"I ordered delivery from this establishment on 8/24/22. When the driver came by my apartment, I tipped $3 and signed the slip. Driver did not give me my copy, but I didn?t think much of it. My total with tip was suppose to be 25.88. I checked my accountthe next day and I had a charge of $27.88. I called the establishment and spoke with a lady. The lady states the driver put $5on the tip line. I told the lady I tipped him $3 and know for a fact I did not tip $5. The lady confirmed that I did only tip $3and took down my information to have the owner call me. The owner never did call. I disputed the charge with my bank and I wasimmediately given my money back by my bank. Buyer beware and ask for your copy of the receipt. I will no longer be ordering fromhere. Pizza was bland and did not taste as I good as I remembered from the last time I had it. Which was in 2020."

"I ordered the stuffed crust pizza about a month ago, it was great. I ordered exactly the same pizza Superbowl Sunday and it was terrible. The stuffed crust was a lil raw, and the pizza itself was so thin and hard, it was like eating a cracker. Definitely not worth $12. I understand it was Superbowl and the store was busy, not an apology for serving crawling food! If you didn't eat it, you shouldn't serve and expect anyone else."

"Took my family to eat at this outstanding Italian restaurant in Verona WI. Loved the decor and feel of the place. Great bar that was full and busy for a Friday night happy hour. The waiter was terrific, knowledgeable, and attentive. But the food… I can’t say enough of how great the food was. We had cheese curds (it is Wisconsin haha) bruschetta, manicotti, lasagna, and fettuccini Alfredo. 20 minute drive from Madison WI and you’ll be treated to real Italian. We will be back to try other items in the very near future."

"Too bad they have so severely restricted their delivery area. I might work a good 10-ish mine from the place. I had just ordered them at work for the second time, thought maybe I could make them a constant in my long working life. However, as I used to them, 3 days or so after I had ordered, I was told that they would not be able to fulfill my order and that the delivery area had changed. I'm uncertain if that was an honest change, as no driver had told me before. Nevertheless, I am sad and hope that maybe I can pick up a pizza to go before work one day."

"I’ve ordered delivery with Pino’s a few times before and have enjoyed their food overall (the previous delivery I ordered was a perfect pie). But unfortunately, my most recent experience was bad.I ordered garlic knots and a personal pie with pepperoni and anchovies (pictured below). I ate half the pizza and all the garlic knots. Everything tasted fine, but about six hours later I felt nauseous. I’ll spare the details but I had a mild case of food poisoning, I believe attributable to the anchovies. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt here but in good faith I am sharing my experience as a precaution. They are hit or miss it seems these days, given other recent reviews."

"My wife and I were in Chicago for the marathon and stumbled across this gem of a restaurant accidentally. What a great place. The entire restaurant feels like it’s in a small outdoor Italian Village (hence the name). The staff were great and the food was outstanding. Fair warning: If your cocktail includes a piece of fruit, like pineapple, they marinate those in alcohol before adding it to your drink. Highly recommended this restaurant!!"
