"I placed an order over the phone at 8:35 pm and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived at the restaurant at 8:50 pm, the owner informed me that they were closed. I was confused and asked the person at the counter, who confirmed they closed at 9 pm. Even though it was still 8:50 pm, they had not even started making my order. This experience has made me reevaluate my support for this restaurant, which my grandmother and I have been frequenting since moving to the suburbs. I will not be returning and will be informing my grandmother of their poor customer service. They have lost our business."
