"This restaurant is excellent! I originally came for the 'sin burger' but ended up trying the hanger steak, which was full of complex flavors and made for an outstanding meal. My wife had the salmon and absolutely loved it. The calamari appetizer was cooked perfectly and the flavors were simply delicious. The staff made us feel like our experience was their top priority, which is not always the case at other restaurants. I have been to many good restaurants where the wait staff ruined the experience, causing us to never return. The Blue Ox definitely lives up to their hype. Do yourself a favor and experience it for yourself."
