"I often feel I don't get my money's worth at buffets so when our 10 person family group was looking for somewhere to have breakfast together we thought we'd try the Grand Oak. It was amazing, they allowed us to share dishes (try the fruit salad) and we were able to choose from a selection of unusual and wonderfully flavorful dishes. They had some very fun adult beverages as well for the holiday season. We didn't find a single dish we didn't enjoy and with there being 10 of us (two children) we tried almost all of them. I loved the fruit salad, enjoyed the frittata... and tasted the German pancake and french toast. I think the french toast was my least favorite. When I make it I do soak it in egg, this had a very very surface coating that hardly went in to the bread itself so yeah... it was OK, but I think that one could have been done better. You won't be disappointed, it was nice in the dining room... we were able to all talk and hear each other and the fields outside are scenic. I hear they're more scenic in the spring when the lavender is blooming."
