"Our visits to the Apple Ridge Cafe were very satisfied and a lot of food served. Husband likes the bacon they serve, I like mainly the smeared green Chile breakfast Burritos (homemade potatoes), Chile Rellenos plate is delish.... etc. and an additional pleasure is a free piece of fruit cake with dinner meals. GREEN CHILE is like me. YUMMY!"

"I would not eat here. The owner is rude and hateful to their employees. They are refusing to give their employees their last paychecks. They owe money to their employees and trash talk the community. Hubert is a wonderful small town that does not need to have that kind of rude behavior and negativity."

"We have lived this place absolutely!! We came to breakfast with my family! My husband ordered a GF pancake that was as big as his plate! My dad got a veggie pleasure and mom and I asked a sandwich (Mediterranean smash) that we saw a few weeks ago on her FB side as her specials. They even ran out for avocados to make it happen to us! The ladies were super friendly and Bill the owner came out to talk to us and make sure we are happy! We even have 2 big hugs when we're gone! WOW! This place is definitely a jewel! Amazing food and super friendly service! We highly recommend this place!!"

"Felt like Freddie Paul's is the next place to be presented on an episode of Restaurant Impossible. The decor was Mish Maische and outdated. The environment was just a shadow over cafeteria style. The service was okay, but not great. The food was not what I expected for the price and for the Stillwater area. My Hubby tried to stop us from going there 11 years ago on the basis of his experience, but I had never been and wanted to try. It's not somewhere I'd take a guest if we'd pour back as a treat. Click in Pawnee is much more value for food quality."
