"I have visited the Frisch's Mainliner for over a half century. Our waitress was friendly, helpful and prompt with delivering our lunch.As we talked at a booth adjacent to windows we noticed the blinds were filthy and some of the straps broken and dangling down. This was truly stomach turning and unacceptable. At checkout time I stood at the cash register waiting to pay our bill. A manager walked out of his office, didn't even glance at the cash register. He went in back to chat with a worker. Three times I called him, finally, he came over to take my money. This is by far not the first time I have had to wait to pay my bill.On the way out I noticed glass on doors and windows are the dirtiest I have ever seen in half a century. The overall impression of the Mainliner is that it is dirty, shabby and becoming rundown inside and out. I certainly hope good quality workers are hired to do general maintenance on the property."
