"The food at this restaurant is tasty, but I was disappointed with the Gaumenpanner I ordered at Chandni Chowk. The dish had a good texture, but the flavors seemed raw and bitter, almost as if raw leaves were mixed in with the paneer. When I asked the middle-aged lady at the counter about it, she responded rudely, saying she would cook the dish again only if the quantity was running low. While I didn't expect a perfect meal, a courteous response would have been appreciated."
