"Went to order a black bean chili off the main menu. Was given a black bean soup. When I tried to get it corrected, lady said they don’t have the chili today just the soup. So she gave me what I didn’t order, knowingly didn’t tell me, made me pay for it, and refused offer any other options. I didn’t want or order it, but I was stuck with it. On top of that, the soup was garbage with barely cooked beans. This hotel is a yearly trip for my family, but I’ll be eating elsewhere from now on."
