"We were traveling and wanted a nice date night, but it was such a disappointing experience for us. Bar drinks took over 20 minutes. My husband’s medium rare ribeye was akin to a skirt steak slice of meat, extremely overdone. My medium filet looked like a great cut of meat, but I cut into it to find it was purple. At that point we just asked for our ticket. They did tell us “don’t worry about it” which was appropriate, but I can’t imagine this just being an off night."
