"We ate here last summer when we dropped our son at college. It was an incredible meal and the memory of it lingered so when we scheduled this summer's trip we knew we had to go again. The food is excellent. We spent most of July in Italy. If you'vebeen to Italy, you know that the Italians are serious about food. Therefore, our Italian food quality threshold was high as wecame back to the States for August. Mercato delivered with well prepared dishes that could have been served at the bestrestaurants in Italy. The wait staff here is passionate about food and about their restaurant. They know what they are doingand it comes across with every bite. In the heart of Central New York is a little oasis of Italy. Mercato is the spot."

"A group of us ladies and gentleman dined at Napoli tonight before heading back home from a week of convention this was the best meal of the trip and dinning experience we had our whole trip! our waiter was on it and didn't have to ask for anything He was quick efficient and so kind. He knew the menu in and out, remembered every detail of the off menu specials and suggested certain wines for the pasta one of our friends had. Since we aren’t from around here we had asked a little about the background of the restaurant and he was so knowledgeable and you could tell he loved to serve people and knew the industry! I wish I could transport this restaurant back home!!"

"the Narragansett room was an intimate and stunning ambiente for our rehearsal. we had attentive service from both colleen dan all night, eating was delicious (I loved my pasta dish! I also tried to overwhelm in the BOTH desserts, but unfortunately could only take a few bits from everyone and everyone had a wonderful time. we are so grateful that we were able to hold our event in trio and it was a pleasure to work with emily as we have also coordinated ours!"

"The service was not great. Our server either didn't know how to make the coffee drink we ordered or didn't know it was supposed to be at least warm. She didn't check to see if it was even ok, we had to flag down someone else to get another one. Food was good, came out in good time, but the server just seemed new. Plus they are adding a service fee (which they give a flyer for when you come in without the of 8.5 ."

"We made reservation through Open Table two weeks ahead. We arrived on time. There were 6 or 7 people waiting without reservation. There was one table available. We were told they couldn't accept reservations, because they didn't know how long their diners would linger. And that was that. We went back to the car and called all over town for two seats for our anniversary. Very disappointing"

"Sad to leave a one star review for great food, coffee wait staff. This would be a solid four star review except for the manager on duty this AM (9 Dec 2021). The manager is dishonest. We had a voucher from our hotel for breakfast here. Apparently they have a special menu of only certain items for this voucher, that are also on their regular menu. We got a look at both, and later found buried in a check-in document instructions to present the voucher prior to order, although it was not on the voucher itself. In lieu of making up the difference between what we ordered and the items on the special menu that are EXPLICITLY PRICED ON THEIR REGULAR MENU, they refused to honor the voucher AT ALL. The manager said it was impossible, which is as dishonest as it is absurd. We tipped the waitress well because she deserved it. Will not return or recommend this joint to anyone. I'm writing the hotel to recommend they terminate their business agreement with the restaurant."

"We really enjoy dining at this restaurant and have never been disappointed with our choices. The food is well-prepared, the portions are generous, and the waitstaff is always friendly, efficient, and welcoming. During our recent visit, we ordered a glass of the house Chianti to share, and our waitress brought it in two glasses without us having to ask. I had the chicken piccata and my partner had the chicken Parmesan, both of which came in very generous portions - so much so that we had to take half of it home. The prices were reasonable in our opinion. We were glad we had made a reservation, as the restaurant quickly filled up within half an hour of our arrival."

"service was very good rafael our waiter was very attentive and explained the menu. the eating was delicious. 2 of the 4 meal times had a problem. a plate mahi mahi was (usually raw) underboiled during delivery. my friend wasn't happy. they took it back to cook. we suggested that they bring food from seafood linguini. $28 piece fish was returned and picked up. not pleasant. my dish seafood linguini should have been garnelen scallops and lobster. I was just smiling. well, it was very good, but at $33 it was a garnel and linguini dish not seafood linguini. I suggested to the restaurant that they do something that 1 meal was not right and they should correct the bill to reflect. they came back to advise us that we can have 1 dessert in the house. $7 profiteroles vs $28 mahi mahi does not equal. you will get a 3 rating"

"We have been looking for a while for a good Mexican restaurant and we found it, from the service Alejandro was exceptional went far a beyond and the staff always coming to the table. The food is excellent, the quality and the freshness unbelievable. Chips and salsa delicious. Love my steak fajitas wow with vegetables zucchini, spinach, broccoli etc.. very original. My wife and my daughter enjoyed the chicken enchiladas. Another plus which we recommended is the margaritas: perfect strong tasty"

"It took 20 minutes to get our drinks. The food was just embarrassing. It looked good eating it left me with a frustration that I can't put into words. My beers were served in plastic cups and the bill was roughly $90 for two people. I'll never be back."

I don't know how they found out it was my belated birthday since my friend swore she did not say anything and that wasn't a birthday dinner at all but the manager sent me a complimentary dessert after coming over to discuss dessert options and even the bus boy wished my friend (by mistake happy birthday). I thought that was a nice surprise and very thoughtful. they were attentive but never did i feel we were rushed. one thing that i thought was weird was that they sat us so close to another table for 1-2 (like inches) without any barrier, it felt like we were at the same table as them meanwhile there was plenty of space to sit the other party somewhere else. it's especially doesn't make sense since they asked us to wear our masks until we get to the table where im almost rubbing elbows with a stranger which defeats the purpose of the mask while walking to the table."

"First time here! Celebrating birthdays for brunch. Appreciated the valet Parking for sure. The only reason I rated this place a 4 is due to the website stating business casual but their were patrons in workout attire baseball hats sitting in the restaurant. I felt so over dressed seeing this. We were greeted seated quickly.. Our server was not very attentive so our service was just ok. The wedge salad was great! The chicken waffle was good..Syrup was a little sweet and over powers a little. The drinks were good. It was an 'ok ' first experience. I would like to try their steak in the future."

"We had never eaten here before so thought we would try it out. We were seated quickly. Table set up is very open, close neighbors. The menu seemed very limited for breakfast options. Dined around 10 am. Coffee was very good. Overall food was okay. Prices seemed a little on the higher side for what was served. Frites were probably the best thing we ate. Drinks which were just coffee and unsweetened tea were very expensive at a price of $4 each. Service was decent."
