"Ugh. I really wanted to love this place, as we are always on the search for quality food in Southampton. We made a reservation for the Sunday night before Labor Day. The outside area was nearly full when we arrived, with no one inside. The place itself is super cute and well decorated. We were greeted by a friendly host and seated immediately. Unfortunately, the service from that point on was just about non-existent. We had to flag down the waiter to order drinks and place our order. The pacing of the food was extremely slow and no one bothered to check on us once food did arrive. There appeared to be only a single server for the entire patio area... there easily should have been 3. My hope is that the lack of appropriate staffing was a rookie mistake and management will learn from this and be better prepared in the future. The food was solid, but with service being so bad, it was hard to focus on the meal."
