"I had a large party, one person in the party had a birthday and I made an early reservation 5:15 in order to have enough time to make an 8:00 show at the Eisemann. I told our server Scott we needed to be out by 7:15 so we wouldn't have to rush and that did not happen, I also mentioned more than once we were celebrating a birthday and it was never acknowledged not even a free dessert. The server must have been new because he was overly slow. Took a lot of time repeating orders and still some were wrong, spoke like the portions were LARGE they were not. He totally forgot 1 person's meal, and wine. Finally got the dinner but never the wine and of course was charged for it. Made a big deal out of who was on which check then put wrong items on the checks, just irritating overall. The food was marginal at best, I even asked hostess for pepper when food was brought to table and never got it. If the server was new then most of this is management's fault for not assigning him some help with a large party and then by sitting more tables in his section so he was really overwhelmed. Your food and service did not live up to the reviews I read I expected more."
