"You will never go wrong with a Doug Katz restaurant. Provenance is just as good, just as creative and just as comfortable as Fire, but with better proximity to great art before or after you dine. My wife's steak was great, served with pureed parsnip and roast brussels sprouts. I nearly always choose one of his vegetarian offerings and they always please. This time I had stuffed cabbage and a tomato sauce, roast mushrooms and topped with a fried egg: went together perfectly. My burrata salad was accompanied by roast spring onions, squash and even some pork. You never know what to expect on the menu other than the results will be highly accomplished"
