"As a local, we rarely close to the Pismo Pier “in season”. But it was a Friday night and Vespera has parking facilities, so we decided to be tourists in our own city. We enjoyed our appetizer salads. I had the Frisée Citrus Salad, which was refreshed with a slight touch of citrus vinaigrette. My spouse enjoyed the Baja Caesar. Both were generous. A single salad could have been divided. I ordered the Roasted Half Hen with a mouth sauce. It was boiled without dry. The sauce was more tomatoes based and very good, but not the taste I expected on the description. My husband ordered the Wagyu Picanha Steak, which was cooked to order with potatoes and asparagus. The agave glaze was slightly sweet and used to improve the taste of beef instead of exaggerating it. The steak was delicate and properly processed by the cook. After dinner we took our drinks to one of the fire pits on the edge of the property to watch the sunset. Remember, we need to enjoy our pane of paradise more often and soon return to Pequin Coastal Cocina."
