"My wife and I visited this restaurant for the first time, and since my wife is Colombian, her opinion is most important as this is the type of cuisine she grew up with. The food was fantastic and reminded her of authentic Colombian homemade dishes. It was well-prepared, seasoned perfectly, and the server was friendly and professional, even though the service was a bit slow. The restaurant had a great atmosphere with Colombian music playing and authentic decorations. Personally, I highly recommend the Sancocho for its rich flavors and filling nature. My wife suggests trying the Bandeja Paisa, as a true Colombian, she knows what she's talking about. I fully agree with her recommendation."
