"Went to Thousand Oaks. Café went in and ordered the cheese enchilada plate to go as I was sitting at the bar waiting for my food. I’m facing the kitchen. I saw them put my food in the microwave in the to go box and then put it on the to go shelf when the lady went to bag up by food, I said to her I just watched your cook put my food in the to go container in the microwave and now you’re giving it to me she said well that’s the way we have it done with well if that’s the case then where do they get the enchiladas from that they serve in the restaurant, needless to say I was very disappointed have a catering company myself do not own a microwave but to pay $12.37 for a meal that came out of the microwave was terrible ."

"Inconsistent portions constantly depending on what time of day you go which in my opinion is massive issue. I've watched the price of the California burrito get 3 price bumps in 2 months. It was 6.50 last year now it's $10. After 6 years I called it quits and even the staffed agreed with me when I mentioned the price. You can go to freebirds, get double steak and spend $13 after tax or have lower grade calimex burrito for $11 after tax where it'll be big at night and small during the day. The quality and amount of food doesn't justice the price even with the current cost of food.This is not a random rant, this is an actual complaint and it would be smart to read it and make adjustments. You should increase portions to match the increased cost and then have cooks use a spoon or container or something to ensure consistency in portion size."

"The Menudo here is ridiculous. It is so good that they only offer it Saturday and Sunday. But people love it so much that they are already sold out by noon Sunday. The Burritos are so jam packed and delicious. They don't get lame tortilla burrito where most of them only eat a tortilla. The Burritos here are full of taste and passion. If you're lucky to try this place, take the chance. Because it will be the best food you ever had."
