"They do provide delivery through Restaurants on the Run, but for a hefty fee. Anarbagh offers free local delivery within a five-mile radius, or you can place a takeout order to enjoy a 15% discount. Be prepared for a small wait during dinner hours, as this place has become quite popular. The restaurant has recently been remodeled with new booths, stunning watercolor sky murals on the ceiling, and updated lighting. Street parking on Ventura Blvd. can be tricky, but there is free parking available at the back. The chicken tikka masala here is the best I’ve tasted, having tried it at numerous Indian restaurants across the country. The sauce is rich and creamy, with a wonderful blend of spices and tender, perfectly cooked chicken. One standout dish that I particularly love is the Lamb Mango Masala—tender chunks of lamb in a sauce that tastes like a blend of sweet BBQ and mango chutney. It’s delicious and a great option for those who claim they don’t like lamb. Their dinner for two is an incredible deal at under $40 and includes everything from appetizers and chicken tandoori to a meat curry, a vegetable dish, rice, naan bread, papads, chutney, dessert (gulab jamun, ice cream or baklava), and your choice of soft drinks or tea/coffee. There's also the occasional $10 off coupon in the local mail, which makes it even more appealing. My only wish is that they had a lunch buffet like many other Indian restaurants in the area, but their exceptional dinner offerings more than compensate for that."

"We had to call the police on the delivery man; it should go without saying that if I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered using GrubHub. Not only was the food delivered over 30 minutes late, but our driver was clearly intoxicated and aggressive. For the sake of word count, here's the abbreviated version: the driver was so intoxicated that he couldn't find my house and was walking around the block, shouting vulgarities. During the transaction, he was disoriented and full of excuses; he even reached out and touched me, which made me incredibly uncomfortable. After the delivery, he didn't leave and, for some unknown reason, banged on the door while shouting more vulgarities. He then went to the back door of my house and banged on that door. He did this for at least 10 minutes. During this all, I called the police. After calling GrubHub and the Bollywood Grill several times over the course of several days, I still don't have a full refund. To top it all off, the food (chicken tikka masala, garlic naan) was sub-par at best. This was a traumatic incident, and I will never order from Bollywood Grill again. The drunk delivery man said something about how he was delivering this food for someone else, so it is clear that GrubHub and Bollywood Grill make little effort to ensure that a trustworthy person is delivering their food for them. In short: the food is lame and the customer service is horrendous. Not worth it!"
