"I went to Malbec market for lunch w my friends. It was a holiday Monday, so it wasn't too crowded. Our server was very attentive. Three of us shared a bottle of red wine, and ordered individual items for lunch. I had a beef empanada and cheese and corn empanada. They were so tasty, and just enough food for me. My friends ordered sandwiches, and they are badly w their food.Overall, we had a good time catching up. I loved that the servers are attentive, but never too much. Very comfortable and enjoyable place."

"The price is pretty good by taco standards, add the fact they are generous sizes. I loved the chicken and al pastor tacos. I give 4 stars because the carne asada was a little disapointing. It tasted fine, but the meat was a pretty tough chew. I'd still come back for the al pastor alone. Service was very kind as well. I'd be happy to revisit."

"I work in the restaurant industry, and while the bartender provided great service, the overall dining experience was marred by a poor first impression. We had reservations for 7 o'clock, but were told by the host that we would have to wait an additional 20 minutes due to the kitchen being backed up. We were also informed that we couldn't sit at a table if we weren't going to order anything, even though we would have been willing to wait longer for our food and order drinks. We were told to wait at the bar for our table, but the host never came back for us, instead seating others who arrived after us. We ended up ordering food at the bar and expecting a long wait, but our food came out surprisingly quickly, within 15 minutes. The food was decent, but we found it to be overpriced. Overall, I would only consider returning for their happy hour."

"we have been eating in the fish market for over 20 years. the last 2 x 's we thought that eating is subpar, not sure whether they have a new cook or what? veggies luke warm, potato gum. I hope that eating improves as this is our way into the monthly restaurant."

"Sabor is always wonderful. They were A perfect Christmas Day and handled the each table as if it was the only one in the place. Service was excellent considering how crowded it was on a holiday. WE started with ribs and empanadas (they serve 3 empanadas to a serviing, but will gladly add as many as you need (in our case -one more) We combined classics like charrasco (done to perfetion) and lechon (also done to perfection) with the grouper special which was delicious. WE ended with guava and cheese empanadas . The wine was excellent. I 've never had a bad meal or bad service at Sabor whether we were just 2, a whole party, or there for a special event. We are so lucky that, for us, it is a neighborhood restaurant."

"Loved it! Food is AUTHENTIC hispanic food. EVERYTHING that I ordered was homemade. I ordered Pernil and it is one of the best I’ve ever had. The place is clean and the personnel very kind and friendly. I am definitely coming back on my next trip to the Capital district."

"My son really likes the pressed chicharron gorditas but the last time I bought him he was very happy until he started eating and it turns out that it had chili and tomato (he doesn't eat chili) Why did they make that change? It's fine if there are people who want them that way but why not put each gordita (if they ask for it that way) or make all the pots, one original (plain) and the other with chili and tomato, what a disappointment to see the face of my son who was left wanting to eat their fatties"

"The hostess greeted us, brought us to our table. The server was very welcoming and introduced himself. The food came quickly. Some portions were light portions. Some dishes were very good. The noise level was loud but bearable. The ambiance was fun. Overall the dining was very good."

"Been going there for years. The pupusas revueltas with pork and cheese are really tasty. Prices aren't bad either. If you're going to dine in on a Friday or Saturday be ready for a little bit of a wait wait time."

"We were excited to try this place, being new to LA and catching a show nearby. Sadly, it was just Ok. The ambience was cool, the drinks basic, and the food lackluster."

"Our first time. It's a dinner in downtown. You don't want to. Not open for other meals. Friday is fried steak or catfish special (plus normal fare), we have the fish with frits. The catfish was perfectly cooked if you can do catfish really well, I'm good. Fries were country fried (soft) but tasteful (I would recommend two stages cooking itself) and the Hush puppies do not have onions/cuts (wet onion or whole grain to keep moist in my opinion) but it was good, we will be back. Oh, look at the bad sidewalk/the street, the city didn't do homework this week."
