"her website did not work from the first time that I tried to place an order. should have been a red flag. I ordered a large pizza and brotsticks to deliver for right from $22. it found a little expensive, but a bit reasonable with how expansive things are. When it arrived, it was from a guy who harassed his music and just to find out the cost was just for the pizza! the pizza was good, but not amazing to cost so much. I also live 2.5 miles away. it looks over an hour to deliver. That's crazy. if they had told me before, I would have either picked it up or not ordered it at all."

"Papa's has been my favorite pizza place in Franklin since my teens. Great prices, friendly staff, and superb pizza- though my absolute favorite thing on their menu has to be the calzones! By far, Papa's is the one restaurant I miss most now that I've left Franklin. If you're coming through town, forget about those pizza chains and eat local, you'll be so glad you did!"

"I work here at Papa's pizza to go so you can consider my review biased if you may but I would like to reassure people that we really are a great restaurant. I can personally reassure anyone that we will not refuse anything off our menu, however our location does not have some menu items that other papas pizzas might have. There is a generic papas pizza menu on the Papa's website but you have to go onto locations and find the Murphy store menu for an accurate list of items we do carry. we always have a display menu inside our store as well. We are not a fast food restaurant we are making your food fresh and to order so there will always be a short wait time but rest assured we are making your order as quickly as possible. Some days are way crazier than most, especially Mondays as that is $5 large pizza night and we have a lot of faithful customers that always are a pleasure to see, but you can definitely expect a wait that day so you might want to call ahead. We look forward to seeing all our customers and we hope everyone enjoys our food"
