"The food at the Radcliff restaurant was amazing, but I deducted one star for the service. I attempted to place an order over the phone twice, but no one answered. I assumed they must be very busy on a Saturday night, but when I arrived, I realized they were not busy at all. I called again while at the restaurant to confirm I had the correct number, but still no answer. The employee answered my calls but ignored me while chatting with another employee. If I were the owner, I would be concerned about the missed business opportunities. I have never had this issue when a female employee was working the register."
