"I ordered two medium bowls to-go. When I arrived, the food was not ready, which was okay. However, it took them 15 minutes to figure out my reward and process my payment. An example of the incompetence: the cashier handed me the receipt and then proceeded to stack chairs, clean tables, and take customers their drink order before coming back for my credit card, which I already had ready. There were less than 10 customers in the restaurant. I’ve worked in the food service industry. This just felt like disrespectful and distracted service. And on top of that, they didn’t make our food correctly. I do not foresee myself returning to this location."
