"This was the most terrible experience we have experienced with a restaurant. We had reservations for Tursday September 18th at 7:30 pm and arrived at 7:45 pm only to find the restaurant closed ? We also made a courtesy phone call to notify the restaurant we were going to be 10 to 15 mins late. We commuted from Aurora to the restaurant so its about a half an hour drive. I would not recommend thia restaurant to anyone. Very disappointing. Its unfortunate for the restaurant too as this dinner was a trial to book it as a venue host a very large event this coming December. Im not sure how much longer they will be in business."

"The food was delicious! Eating needs some time to be prepared, but you know it is freshly prepared! If you're looking for a quick dinner, I wouldn't go here. This place is to sit for you and enjoy your food in a beautiful ambience. Very recommended!"

"Let me start by saying that I absolutely hate giving bad reviews. But, I spent $70 to have food delivered and was disgusted by what showed up. The portion sizes were way too small for starters. Then there's the food itself… The pappardelle with meat sauce.. how does an Italian restaurant serve anything but Al dente pasta?! Mine was gummy and mushy!!! "I enjoyed the most wonderful dinner at Aroma. I started with the strawberry and spinach salad, which was terrific. I then had the branzino with mixed vegetables. It was fresh and delicious. I finished with the molten chocolate cake, which was so decadent. The service was great and the prices most reasonable. A wonderful dining option in Hell's Kitchen."
