I'd call myself a real eater, more familiar. my reviews are more critical than john gilcrist, a retired calgqry restaurant reviewer that I admire deeply. each restaurant has dishes that some love and other people don't like it. I will share my 10/10 meal at niko’s. it begins with sparkling water, followed by half a liter Australian shiraz wein. the appetizer is calamari all’inferno. that is the best calamari they will cost everywhere. it is lightly spicy, so be sure to press the lemon over it. the main course is spaghettini aglio e olio with Italian sausage and freshly ground pfeffer to its taste. Oh, my God! the taste will explode in your mouth. our waitress has served us many times, and her name is ivana. she's lovely. always professional, cordial and aware their necessity for private sphere or engagement. I would like to hear others tell me about their 10/10 experience. there are few restaurants in the world that have really delivered a 10/10, and this combination of eating and drinking with ivana is one of them."
